I'm doing a Gracie garage session today at 2 pm. It's slow roll and repeating earlier lessons. One step forward, too. More workouts and more drills... I'll be back

I've been quite tired, but not really working very hard. Done some home workouts and some bjj rolling and few times walked home from work - 6 km. So it's not total lose, but still not quite the intensity that would make a difference.
I might be getting old...
