I was tiered yesterday and skipped gym. Today I have many options - Shooto, Free mat on BJJ and DVD + heavy bag at home. I am not sure what to do. I had planned to run home from work, but it snowed 30 cm last night. No running:-)
I did 40 minutes DVD "Insanity Cardio Power&Resistance" and Sauna after workout.
I also putted few times at work and swung some pitch shots after shoveling the snow from drive way.
First golf competition is in 6 weeks - and there is half meter snow on the fairway?
