Yesterday was a tough day at gym. I mean everything was heavy. I am sure that golf is taking the edge of strength training, but "no worries" like they say down under. It's a perfect weather for a round of golf and today I'll sign up for a 4 day tournament. Just have not found my game. On my previous round of golf I noticed that I have the same problem with golf and bjj - both are too stiff and too much thinking. Go and figure.
I missed drilling due to I was looking after my grandchild. BUT new drilling book game today. Now nothing can prevent me from becoming better - do you have to do the drills, too?
