I've got my weight in acceptable numbers. I think that a man over 50 can have bodyfat from 10 to 15%. So my 13% is fine. If I gain more muscle, I can drop my fat to 10 and still be under 82 kg:-) Okay, it was a joke - I don't expect to gain muscle - just pure strength.
Today has been a recovery day - a very much needed one. Tomorrow is golf and gym.
(I bought a kettle ball and a gym ball, too - just to get some functional strength.)
