81,1 - golf and gym

I'll play 18 holes and do my day A from the split workout. Yesterday was hard on biceps? Maybe it was due to Roy Harris defensive positions.

Bent Over Row 3x10 reps 45kg
Stiff Leg Deadlift 10 + 8 + 7 90kg
Ab Exercise 3x20
