80,2 - jog, gym and mental bjj

I did some slow rolling yesterday. I am very bad in attacking my opponent. I just don't know where to begin. To get my game started I need to renew my game plan. Just decide an attack from some dominant positions. (Or a compilation of attacks...) AND drill those attacks so that I can do them first in slow rolling and later in free rolling.
