I did my morning run and tabata even though it's a rainy day and working day also - so I'll ride my bike (kawa) to work and watch bjj on youtube as much as possible and in the evening I'll roll for real - slow roll ofcourse. I hope to recall some move during rolling. I'm happy if I catch my self even trying to do an attack. I have a lot of attacks on my mind, but execution is just not happening.
Did not make it to BJJ class - too tiered... maybe from work?
This is a interesting pass. I use those same grips for a different pass, but it would be good to add this option too.
ReplyDeleteThank you Kenneth for your comment. I like you site. Have to read it more:) What kind of pass do you use those grips for?... ( I tried zipper pass yesterday, but was arm dragged. My putt was too high.)
