84 - Visualization and new start

I've been a little worried about my basics in BJJ and flexibility - and golf. Golf season is starting in few days and I have not been training. So it's time to arrange my day in a different manner. I need to work more on my technique, but save time for golf. I'll cut on surfing internet and different discussion groups and use the time on visualization. I'll watch my old DVD's but do the drills - with or without a partner. (Ten minutes a day is enough - more than nothing.) So gym is 2 - 3 times per week. Golf is 4 - 5 times a week. "Mixfit" - martial arts is 3 times and partner rolling... 2 - 3 times per week. So it still makes 2 training or playing session per day...
