Pedro Sauer Association

I'm not totally skipping the idea of competing in masters 6 class, but there is not very many competitors. It's not fun to travel to Lisbon, pay the dues and just walk over to be European champ.

I have not liked the idea of running after promotions, graduations to get a higher belt. I've never done it so it's time to try this:-)

I've checked out many teams. I like Ribeiro's family and I am involved in Lovato Jr's science of the game coaching group. It's very good stuff. BUT ... there is always a but.

For me who is not an active competitor, looks like PSBJJA might be better. Pedro Sauer has clear criterias for belts, so I can hunt them and Pedro has some clubs in Europe - England, Norway and Island.

Here is some videos from Pedro to show you what I mean:

  1. Don't you have a gym at your home town? Would that be an easier road to the next belt?

  2. If there is no gym in your home town then how about Alliance, Check Mat or Hilti. They are big in europe.
