Getting fat and lazy, but that's recovery. I have a massage today and end of the week I will be in Switzerland. Can't do BJJ, but I am taking my running shoes with me. I am hoping to go for a jog two times after meetings. (and if the hotel has a gym...)I am not going to play BJJ chess until Sunday, but I am looking for different kinds of mount escapes.
