One recovery day is not enough. (Today is BJJ) instead of bjj I went to golf course and played nine holes . (I might be get back from Helsinki to BJJ class on Sunday - or not. So today training and weekend recovery. If I can get some stretching done, it would be very good!Link in the image is to Youtube for a counter for a common counter ( stack) for an armbar:-) Well, first I need to learn to do the armbar and that will be drill on Monday and Tuesday - with some counters.
