Yesterdays combination 45 minutes of technical drilling and basic gym workout worked fine. Technical drilling is not as fluent as I would like it to be - it's still more like trying to recall the techniques than repeating them, but that's what drilling is about.Today morning start at golf course by building a new tee box and a path to it. Afternoon is standard BJJ class.
Fine day - short work at golf club, made some crisp bread and nice session in BJJ class - rode my Kawa:-) and Finland won it's mats in ice hockey. Tomorrow is a recovery day.
