Maybe Yoga?

I need to make a workout program for BJJ offseason. Or can I have an on-season in golf and BJJ at the same time? No... it's too much. But I don't want to loose much of my physical conditition during golf season so something has to be done. Yoga - is good for golf and BJJ. Strength training - maybe more crossfit than gym? Some heavy bag training (tabata? to keep some anaerobic ability) And rolling or drilling 2 - 3 times per week? I play golf 3 - 4 rounds per week and practise 2 times?
