Yesterday was a hard day - golf and bjj. Today is easier: golf and something more. I don't know what this type of training does. Probably it's more on stamina, endurance than muscle growth. Our gym workout is mainly muscle hypertrophy, but doing it after a 4 hour light workout which is burning muscle tissue...Maybe there is a way to turn the catabolic stage to anabolic by eating right after golf and before and after gym. (Otherwise workout will only eat more muscle - not grow).
