81,1 - little doms on legs

Sundays squats must have made an impact on my legs. I am still feeling it on Tuesday. This means that muscle is growing:)
Today is a light "old man cross training"-session: walking, shot putting, medicine ball routine and long jump. I think I'll leave it at that.

Old man cross training was cancelled due to neighbors car trouble.
