Today we will do our first session of summer outdoor training with my neighbor: walking, jumping, medicine ball, kettleball and maybe even a small session of bjj Gracie lessons :) It's more like a warmup for the day with some maximum attempts like long jump and shot put.
In the evening is normal bjj class and my first opportunity to test Ribeiro's survival positions:)
I did the old man cross-training - first a walk with my wife and then walk and medicine ball, shot put and long jump with my neighbor (about 2 hours of low intensity). I missed bjj class as I was shopping with my daughter. This is one of my best excuses:)
