83,2 - DOM

Delayed onset muscle soreness ... and it feels good. My pecs are little sore from yesterdays workout - that's what a new routine does:-) Today mixfits meet at our garage and we'll do some 2 - 3 hours of combat based workouts and sparring.
After workout and lunch my leg are heavy. I'm not sure if I can make from dinner table to sofa.
