Stress - antisipation of something good

Stress is often good. Problem is if it for too long time. Omegawave measurements show that I have had minimum stress so I can take few bad nights like last one. We sold our apartment from Spain and stress is about all the things that has to be done to get finish the deal. I'll try not to let it affect my training. Today we are going to gym - late and tomorrow I'll be doing "old man karate" very early in the morning. I'll have just time to sleep between workouts. I need to run more or do something cardio.
