83,7 - two times a day is much

I
did two workout sessions yesterday and today I'm happy that guys cancelled our morning session. Even thou I did low intensity, I'm not recovered from yesterdays workouts. Good news is that I just need to wait and I'll be stronger that day before:-)

BJJ training is still a little blur... I'm not satisfied with my program - or progress in doing the program.
