
Today is our first "garage bjj"-session to practise some basic techniques. We are not in an actual garage. We are meeting at municipals judo dojo. We will do some slow roll to warm up and then some z-guard that Davis taught at his seminar. Goal is to drill techniques. Not so much build stamina or muscle.
(After 45 minutes of technical drills my biceps are tired - so it was not just rolling - to much muscle and not enough technique.)
Second training session is for golf - I'll do some chipping to get a good contact to the ball. Yesterday I was cutting my shots - not much square contacts - sliced it.
