It should be a gym day, but I've noticed that I tend to slip when doing to gym alone. Other posibility is to go boxing. Boxing is hard for my shoulder - rotator cuff has not recovered. Best solution would be to go for a slow roll BJJ and after that maybe do some legs...
It's good to have flexibility in planning - afternoon will be babysitting and I'll hit the gym later.
