Blister or butt did not affect my running at all.
Compare techniques in competition rolling
Youtube is full of beutiful techniques and some might even work in competition rolling. None will work without lots of repetitions. Looking at competition footage at BJJ.TV techniques are very basic. So what do you need to know?Some escapes from different positions - and ways to counter that you don't have to use your escapes.
Some setups for attacks and some compinations to finish your attacks. (Single attack might be too easy to block?) I am at a stage were I hope to recognize an attack - hopefully early enough to counter. Often I'm late and don't get what "hit" me.
