Switzerland is a land of cheese and chocolade, but I stuck with beer. I did run three times a 30 minute jog which is extremely well for a meeting. Well, our meeting was two days in 4 days travelling.Today should have been BJJ, BUT.. I have not seen my granddauhter for long time and she is visiting, so BJJ came to second place. But to punish myself for my laziness, I'll go to movies to watch The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel with my wife.
